COVID
Unfortunately COVID is making it very difficult to maintain predictability and certainty in our lives …
We understand that this way of living means that things can literally change in an instant. I have had to put some terms in place regarding attendance at our workshops and hope that they are considered fair and ethical.
- If we have to cancel a class due to COVID you will be notified of a class reschedule and given a credit your credit will be valid for 6 months and will be redeemable for any class or if you prefer you may like to use it on one of my custom pieces in the online store.
- If you find yourself having to be in home isolation or awaiting a COVID test or result and are unable to attend a workshop. We will offer a credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that this credit will only apply to the person directly affected and not to any accompanying guests. . We will require 7 days notice. Alternatively if it falls prior 7 days to the scheduled workshop you may either:
- Transfer your ticket for someone to attend in your place.
- Arrange for collection of workshop materials when you are able to complete your piece at home.
WORKSHOPS
- If you would like to reschedule the date of your workshop we will require 14 days notice. The reason behind this is because we need time to try and resell your ticket. A limit of 1 reschedule per ticket will apply.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event and you cannot attend the new date offered then a refund will be offered.
- If we have to cancel a workshop all liability is limited to the cost of the ticket. We will not be able to reimburse your travel expenses or out of pocket expenses.
- Sometimes ticket sales on workshops are low so we need to keep a minimum on numbers to run a class. If workshop numbers are not met we may sadly need to cancel a class. A full refund or credit valid for 6 months will be offered.
- Please remember to set your workshop date and times in your calendars. Its probably a good idea to check in maps pprior to the day so that you can get here on time. There is nothing worse than turning up late and feeling frazzled. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or a credit if you do not show on the day.
ONLINE PRODUCTS
- You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required under current Consumer Laws. If your piece is faulty, shipped incorrectly or significantly different to what you ordered and you would like to claim a refund please contact me at hello@mindfulmacrame.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately we cannot refund if you change your mind.
